Foretravel Motorcade Club

Welcome to the Foretravel Motorcade Club (“the Club,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, participating in Club events, or maintaining membership, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Membership Eligibility

Membership in the Club is open to individuals who:

  • Own or operate a motorcoach compatible with Club activities

  • Are at least 18 years of age

  • Agree to abide by all Club rules and regulations

Membership is non-transferable unless approved by the Club officers.

Use of Website

By using the Club’s website:

  • You agree to access content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • You may not use the website to transmit unlawful, offensive, or disruptive material.

  • The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access for violations of these terms.

Club Events and Rallies

Participation in Club events is voluntary. Members and guests:

  • Attend at their own risk and are responsible for personal safety, property, and motorcoach security

  • Must follow event rules, venue policies, and Club officer instructions

  • Are responsible for insurance, registration, and licensing requirements for their motorcoach or vehicle

The Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in Club activities.

Payment and Fees

  • Membership dues, event fees, or other charges must be paid as specified.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • The Club reserves the right to adjust fees with notice to members.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by the Club or its licensors.

  • No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Privacy and Personal Information

  • The Club collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Code of Conduct

Members and participants are expected to:

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within Nacogdoches County, Texas.
