Refund Policy

If reservations are cancelled 150 days* before the event, your
deposits will be refunded less any unrecoverable monies
retained by vendors from deposits made on member's behalf. If
cancellation falls within 150 days* of the beginning of the
activity, all deposits are non-refundable unless replaced by
another member on the standby list.
No shows will result in no refunds.
Full payment on events are due 150 days* before the event
begins or as requested on invoice. Failure to make timely
payments will result in you losing your place in the sign-up
rotation and / or your cancellation of said event.
All events are subject to cancellation if sufficient sign-ups are
not obtained. Fees will be fully refundable should it be
necessary to cancel the event.
